Tactical Long Range Science Vessel Retrofit Build?

I've been thinking about revisiting some ships I no longer use and was wondering if there are any Tactical builds for this?

    Good question. I'm thinking maybe these abilities:

    TT - APB

    EPtA - Aux2SIF

    TB - Hazards - FBP - GW3
    TB - TSS - FBP
    TSS


    Borg Assimilated Module - Tachyokinetic Converter - Ferengi Rule 69 Console
    Embassy Partigen Mk XIx4
    Transphasic Compressor Mk XII x2

    Equip a Breen cluster, transphasic launcher in fore, two Transphasic mines, and one beam fore and one beam aft.

    I don't know if you can really make the thing *tactical* its just chocked full of sci slots and only a lt tac...but yeah if your goal is do do damage with it then torp build is probably your best best.

    I don't know if I would go with FBP though, unless you're planning on being hit a lot.
