DOFF Reward? "May replicate...hologram"?

I'm probably staring right at this, and not seeing it. I'm prepared to get flamed and trolled.

Anyway, I have achieved Rank 2 of medical advancement in the DOFF system, and I see one of the benefits is "May replicate a green Emergency Medical Hologram". I don't see anything related to this in either the replicator or DOFF interface.

What is this? Where & how is it purchased or activated or initiated?

    Simply go to your replicator and replicate it :D

    If you're talking about a Romulan character, they cant, otherwise it is at the bottom of the replicator list.

    I'm an alien race in the Romulan faction.

    There's nothing at the bottom of my replicator list relating to doff abilities.

    Wait...

    So far I've hit Level One Engineering with my Romulan-FED DOff's and got the Holo-Engineer at the bottom of my Replicator list...

    Is that the only one we get?

    Roms allied with the Klingons seem to have a glitch where they cannot replicate the Doffs
