Looks nice (I like the streamline feel). Pretty much the same as the KDF Vet ship otherwise. Not as good as other Rommy options, but that speaks to how good those are compared to KDF alternatives since KDF Vet ship is still solid option for KDF.
On Holo, using the Singularity Overdrive would put BO/CRF on a cooldown. It doesn't on tribble. No idea if this was intended change.
I haven't tested aux2batt w/the vet ship console in awhile, but it used to reduce the shield vamp ability when used w/tech doffs.
Warbird consoles won't fit. No idea if this is WaD.
Has KDF Vet ship power levels and shield/hull specs. Still uses Singularity core and Rommy BC. So, it's better than KDF Vet ship in that regard. No idea if this WaD.
Singularity Overdrive and Vet console Tac Ability don't put one another into cooldown. I hit both at same time, but didn't see any plasma damage (from the Console) in quick scan of the logs. Not sure how these are supposed to interact w/each other.

The game seems to consider it an Escort for all intent and purposes, which may be why Warbird consoles don't fit in. In fact, I tried to transfer my Tier 1 T'varo console in, only to see it turned into a Science Shield boosting console instead. That was wierd.
The ship store description of the Daenos Heavy Destroyer did not show anything about having a Romulan Battle Cloak, or the ability to use singularity powers.
When accessing the Ship customization interface, the veteran ship material was not available despite the ship defaulting with it - you only get Romulan 1, 2 and 2 (red). Despite me wanting to change the windows, I decided to leave it alone ince I wanted to keep the veteran material texture.
Using the Tactical Mode console seems to yield no result on my end - aside from some smoke particle, no transformation of geometry changes can be seen. I did see the 'buff' appear along with the others from set bonuses, etc; and I also noticed the power increase, but that was it (note: that was on the New Romulus space map, so I had nothing to shoot at to verify the plasma lotus at the time of this post).
The Heavy Destroyer equips a singularity core, but incurs none of the usual power penalities Romulan warbirds usually incur. The change, for someone used to playing Romulan warbirds for months, was actually rather startling. Nice, in a "too good to be true will probably be nerfed" way.

Yes there is something wrong with the Vet ship. It is supposed to be a warbird, however it is listed under "escorts' in the ship vendor and the power levels are that of a federation ship vs the lower power levels of a romulan ship, even though it equips a singularity core..
Also, there is no "transformation" with this ship like the other 2 veteran ships in the game. When going to tactical mode, the ship does NOT transform whatsoever and the lotus fires directly from the nose of the ship...I hope this is a bug.
* It's listed under the Escort ship category.
* It utilizes a Federation ship icon in the Status menu.
* It has no "warp out of system" sounds.
* It makes sounds when it changes to Tactical mode, but other than some smoke there doesn't seem to be anything moving.
Can't claim it either, and just tried that method.
Okay......seems there's something seriously messed up here.
Before you posted this I would've guessed they just forgot to give every TRIBBLE vet char his token but now...:(
I just went from looking forward to flying it, to..no thanks, EVERY single romulan fleet ship I have now is better.
This "vet" ship is a joke. It is not better than a mirror universe ship, low shield mod, slow turnrate (destroyer or not).
Its an inferior ship, which saddens me because I spent so much $$ on a lifetime, just to get a mirror universe ship, copy and past of the klingon vet ship

It has the exact same setup as the other 2 vet ships. Why would it be any different? That would be unfair to the other factions. And 14 is a slow turnrate?
The Vet ships are not the best of the best, but they are decent ships, and more than capable.
The only thing you should be sad about is your unrealistic expectations, especially considering there were already 2 vet ships to base them off of.
Especially the difference between the fleet Mogai and the Daienos is extremely strong. Both have the same turn rate, almost the same hull strength, even the console layout is roughly comparable, but the Fleet Mogai gets a 10th console and a very powerful set bonus with both native special console.
Personally I have to say, that there is no point in ever using the Romulan vet ship if you have access to a shipyard with Fleet Mogai (T3) and that is something very sad.
For those upset about lack of visuals ... You realize that the visuals will be added later and not present during testing ... right? (or at this stage anyway)
I can respect it lacking the singularity powers .... but if that's the case ... I wonder if it should have a standard warp core. (although mine has the singularity powers)

Sucky 9 consoles like the other Vet ships? but no neato unique transformation animatios? poor show
I couldn't at first either. Ask the ship vendor for "another" vet token (as if you had ever had one) and you should be able to claim it.;)

Bugs were mentioned in another thread
Ship feels more lighter than Penghu, stats are same but probly because of its agile look
One thing.. Plasma lotus is regular CYAN plasma color, make it Romulan plasma by damage, dot(plasma dot+ disruptor debuff) and looks please.
Very much like the Republis Symbol turned into a powerful ship.

there are some very good-looking grey tones with the Vet skin

Both the ship and the vet skin are wonderfu pieces of art.

Its just unfortunate the stats reflect that of a mirror universe ship, and it only has 9 console slots..lol
Another subpar reward for people who spend hundreds on a lifetime.

Examples:
Fleet Armitage: 0.99
Chimera: 0.9
Daeinos: 0.83
Fleet Mogai: 1.1
