Omega torpedo buffed?

Did the Omega plasma torpedo get buffed or something? It now shoots once every 3 seconds and never loses any charges. If this is a glitch, it is a good one.

    i think its working as intended.. but the display is not.

    some of those torps dont seem to go off when they hit their target..

    you really arent firing those torpedos that fast.

    but then they been bugged pretty much since s7..

    so who knows.. just roll with it :)
