New Exploration & Story Based Sector: Pleiades Sector

This is a new proposal for a new Sector Block based around Exploration CXP and continuing the story in post-game.
The Pleiades, a very famous star cluster as seen here. This cluster is right off the Gamma Orionis Block in trek lore as seen here.
This sector would be a great location for exploration and continuing the story.

Pleiades Exploration Cluster (featured enemies: Tholians, Ferasans and Undine)
-Exploration Mission rewards 20 Tholian or Fleet Marks in addition to Expertise
Cait Exploration Zone (focusing on the Caitian Diaspora and giving us a look at a Federation member planet that's NEVER gotten screen time [Note: I mean the planet itself])
* Could Use Risian Floaters to help reach higher areas of the map
Pacifica Science Colony: New Fleet Holding
* Focuses on Exploration and Science CXP Theme
* Selkie Doffs
* Special Fleet Ground Weapons: Variants of Federation/KDF member states (Bajoran Phaser Pistol, etc)
* Tactical Consoles
* FM Granting Science Missions
Story opportunities:
* Wrapping up the Undine arc, set up for Iconian Arc
* Tholian incursion on Cait (see Caitian Invasion Zone)
* Diplomatic Missions between the Caitians and the Ferasans, fleshing out both races.
