Nukara Shileds - Green textures

I have noticed, if viewed from most angles there are several bizzare green textures on the hull when using the Nukara space shields....

But if i tilt the camera up a little, it goes away : http://i.imgur.com/U6w0sGa.jpg
I tried this with on my Vesta with the Rademaker and Aventine skins, and it's noticable in the same areas, where the hull lights are located near the ships name on the upper saucer section.
Not exactly game breaking, it can just be a little annoying when it comes to trying to take screenshots ...
