Shipyard construction

I'd like to see all factions able to go to their shipyard and have the option to build a ship and watch the construction as you do it, or even upgrade the ship you already have. The projects will not cost anything but you can build a C-Store ship piece by piece, pick your own design, color and so forth like you do now. Just a thought, any Ideas out there.

    Who wouldn't like this? Seems like way too much work for no profit though. Not the F2P way.
