More beards?

Please, Cryptic? Can I have some facial hair that doesn't make me look older than my character is, or like a hobo, or like a Klingon? For example...

Can we have Kirk's beard? Or something like this?

    1st pic: That's good. Chris Pine sporting a beard that would not look out of place on the bridge of a space or sea vessel.
    2nd pic: Way to scruffy looking. That looks like a crew member before the XO had security drag him to the ship's barber.

    Getting your character to look young in this game is easy. It's ageing your characters that is hard. The default look for characters in this game seems to be in the 18-30 range. I had trouble getting my character to look as if he has the years in space that he is supposed to have, even with grey hair and a beard. I would appreciate face options with more creases around the eyes.

    There is one beard that is missing from this game, that I would have expected, and I badly want.

    I know what you mean, though. For fed officers, they give us a lot of 19th century looking stuff, there are Civil War beards and sideburns, and big ZZ Top beards. There aren't too many nicely trimmed options, unless you go for the goatee or just a mustache. The only sea captain style looks a little like Juzo Okita from Spacebattleship Yamato, which is OK, but doesn't fit every character. Will Riker, a character that should really be a beard inspiration had a few styles over the years, they all looked neat and trim and manly.

    I decided to stick with mustaches for my male officers, and I'm happy with the looks.

    I'd use moustaches but I hate how they look by themselves, they make me look like a pedophile or somethin'.
