Need VOTE TO KICK or REPORT AFK

These leechers are getting out of hand. Almost every event I go into has at least one leecher. We can report them, but does that really do anything? If it does, it's not enough to stop the behavior. Another game gives us the ability to vote to kick team members. PLEASE implement that feature here. The leechers don't see any real consequences for leeching, but if we had the ability to remove them from matches that may change.
If you're concerned about that being abused, then allow us to report them AFK and if they don't do any damage in x seconds, they get kicked. That way people who are actually helping and working can't be kicked because so and so is in a bad mood and doesn't like them. Said other game does that in their PvP Battlegrounds. If you report someone AFK, they are put on a timer where if they don't do something in x number of seconds, they're removed.
Please give us the ability to remove these people from our STF's and instances.
EDIT: Oh and thinking about it further, same said game also tries to prevent people on your ignore list from being put onto your team. Adding this feature IN ADDITION to above recommended features would be great as well.
