Tropical Bird Eggs

Hi,

How do you find a tropical bird egg?
I have looked during the Horga'hn Hunt but I have not found any yet.
Any suggestions?

From what I know, you have 2 choices.

1) Keep looking during the hunt, and you'll come across one sooner or later.

2) Go to the Store on Risa, and there you a buy an Egg for I think 50 something, I don't remember exactly.


I don't know of any other way, I've found 3 so far, and that's within 2/3 days of the event being live. Not too bad, but it's random. So, the more you do the hunt, I'd say the more likely you'll find one.

They are random, i didnt find any the first few days, then i found 5 in one run, just keep at it . also you can buy an egg from the vendor on the docks on Risa next to the tailor

I got 1 egg for each Flying High mission I completed. I think that's because I successfully completed 4 courses before returning to the event coordinator. If you complete 3 courses before time runs out you just get the Lohlunet Pearls, but completing the fourth course I think gives you an egg.

I just answered my own question, I just found my first egg on a Horga'hn Hunt Can't believe I've never had one before now.

Now that I think about it it could've been from the Horga'hn Hunt that I got the eggs. Either way I'm going to test these out, myself and see for sure.

I have completed four flying high courses each time I've done it and never gotten an egg. Got one Horgh'hn (or however the heck you spell it) hunting.

Same here. I always complete the four courses (not three) and get back to the coordinator before the timer runs out, and I've never gotten a bonus egg; only the pearls. I've only found some eggs randomly when hunting for the statuettes.
