Build revision

I have had this build for a while but would love to change it to give out more damage and possibly make it better in PVP and PVE. Especially since I am looking to start PVPing soon so can anyone who can give me advise on what is a better build to use or any idea oin how to improve it please let me know thanks

    Would get the borg assimilated module console, and maybe the zero point energy console as well, gives a nice boost to your power levels, critical chance, etc.
    But would really look at another ship, if your after dps, you are going to be rather limited with what you can achieve with only 2 tac consoles.
    There are others out there with far more knowledge than myself on this matter, but didn't want you feeling ignored, so its just my 2 cents worth.
