So, As many know i am a really big fan if conquest, and control of the galaxy.
My idea is as follows
Create new sectors, and inject them into the following areas viewable
by a grey map on in the picture below.

These neutral zones will act as a sort of conquest Area for PvP. In each of these sectors, Is a collection of star bases.
Each Sector Will have collection of systems, and objects.
In each sector there will be a number of star bases, that can be conquered by Fleets (faction vs faction only) (No inter-faction battles).
Controlling these star-bases will grant that faction (Fed, Klingon, Romulan) control of that sector (Viewable from the galaxy map, and sector map, color coded to race).
To capture a sector, you must claim all of the star-bases in a sector.

1. Special bonus to all fleet members owning these sectors. as the end of each pvp
battle, They are guaranteed a special mark for participating.
2. Fleets owning these sectors, will be granted an additional mark for winning
a battle.
Pve Bonus's:
Pvers will not be out of the mix of these prime farming locations. Because the war
efforts and conquest are conquered in these area's, Special fleet deep space encounters will spawn. These are massive PvE Battles (20vs20 or 40vs40)
All Parties will also gain special bonus's to farming in these sectors, PvP Systems.
They will receive another 15% Credits, and 5% Dilithium per a star-base owned
in the sector.
Commodities! There is room for profit by visiting one station or the next, each station
will have a static, buy/sell price for items, and players wanting to engage in trade
can do so for profit!
Very Special Fleet bonus
I needed to find a way that would just draw fleets here on a craze, like it was
the most amazing thing in game, I used vanity to appeal to that, But this part
will drive people insane for not having it.
For every star base owned by your fleet, 10% of the build time on your star-base
projects is taken off. Additionally, for every one owned by a faction. your entire
faction gains a reduction by 2% per each owned.
Lastly, each system in the sector (RP: trades with your starbase) gives that star-base a set amount of dilithiuminto a "storage" per an hour. This race increases over time, from 50 Dilithium up to 1000 Dilithium over the course of a month. this stored dilithium can only be used in fleet projects (embassy, mines, starbase). a special button is added, to just drop it in from a "fleet storage (universal storage) to the fleet projects.
Tokens/New marks
The new marks will be used to buy ships, an alternative to buying ships for zen in the shop, but they will take a while to farm. Ships will range from 650 to 1250 Tokens,
and battles probably will not be that constant.
Future possibility
I would love to have an upgrade done to the foundry to allow for the creation of custom made ships
that are used and connected through a selection of parts (like nacel, saucer etc). This will allow fleets
to create new, alien (or known) racial ships that can be later bought through the fleet shipyard.
Alternatively, we could create a special exchange, for the fleets to sell their designs on a market
to players for dilithium (the server will auto-determind its price) only 10% of the sales will go
to fleet storage).
Foundries role And future idea's for exploration in this system
Foundry Designers can have a unique role in this system, so we done leave out the option to explore and find new races.
Foundry will be upgraded to create a race, and back story about them. Players
will be able to design their solar system, to learn about their race. this new system
will allow for a linked chain quest that can be progressed by the player, as much as they want. Each time a player visits, and completes a quest, a unique Code is safed to them for the server to know they are on chain quest X.
The foundry will allow this progression from one map to the next, so that a play may continue to learn, and explore new races.
Races that do not get good marks / reviews, will die off and ultimately be replaced.
If races reach specific positive marks, they will become more common.
we can set up the system even to have internal wars, and relationships between the races, Or work on a more complex way of dealing with it, after the conquest is added.

The only issue I can see is, not all fleets are PvP based.
For example, my fleet with 490 members and I'm the only one who PvPs.
So balance on that front would be needed. Mainly to stop the handful of big PvP fleets stomping the smaller less PvP orientated fleets.
The next one is actually getting cryptic/PW to introduce it.
i want to merge the pvp and pve part of end game into the creation of races.
i think thats the best way of doing it, but its very hard to decide how to create
the races, and how to cause them to function.
