Help please

I have no idea where to post this anymore, my account was TRIBBLE nearly 2 months ago and the account ban was lifted, but missing a number of things off the account, items, z-points, and characters. I have sent in ticket after ticket on it to get my account restored to what it was like before it got TRIBBLE. The last ticket I sent in before today has been unresolved for nearly a month.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

    Send Branflakes a message, see if he can direct you in the right place. Customer support sucks in this company but Brandon seems to be a good guy, im sure he will try to help. :) Im a fan of him. *waves Brandon flag*
