fixing the new Dreadnought Warbird beams

i dont no if any one else is having this problem so thats why im posting this .

1. when you fire your beam arrays only one side fires and fire at will bearly works

2. you can not broadside at all , the range is there so you should be able to

3. the ship power levels suck , Because the stats are not being added ( for example )
im full spec in all shields and weapons and auxiliary , but i have power levels like
i am level one just basic.
