Project Chrysalis... any suggestions?

Ok, so I started this Chain with my level 50 Fed char, now on mission 3 out of 6, and seem unable to find the location to start it... already checked Wiki so I know the space sectors... is it that Rare or am I doing anything wrong?

    It's uncommon - but not as rare as step #4. You don't say how long you've been looking for the assignment, but if you are not already doing so, I would start watching the DoffJobs sheet at bit.ly/DOFFS as well. Early chain steps are not posted as much as they were in the past, but they do get posted occasionally. You can also join the DoffJobs channel in-game and ask if anyone has seen it.

    Also, step 3 is a Science commendation step, so be sure to look under your Science Dept Head in each sector, as well as your personal and sector space mission lists.
