As the title implies, I'm jumping back on the A2Bat wagon. Now I've dabbled with such a build in the past (Pre-LoR) and have what I think is a fairly decent handle on the Aux drain mechanics, but with the introduction of more passive power boosts I was wondering how that changed the picture (if at all).
Specifically, how does the passive MAM/Singularity core boost play into things? Does the Aux component stay drained after the power shunt, or does that specific boost stay active since it's entirely passive?
Same question for the leech, since as I understand the way the buff works every new energy weapon hit refreshes the power buff.
If it continues to add power over time (such as building Singularity power, or stacks of Plasmonic Leech/MACO), then it should give you additional Aux power after you activate Aux2Batt, minus whatever bonus it gave you when you activated Aux2Batt. When you activate the power, it removes whatever Aux power is currently available. If the Aux power is temporarily boosted before you activate Aux2Batt, if/when the temporary boost wears off, it'll take that out of the remaining Aux power... quite possibly shutting off your Aux entirely.
Overcharged M/AM cores, however, grant an actual passive benefit based on your power settings, unlike Overcharged Singularity cores. When you use Aux2Batt with an Overcharged core, the Overcharged efficiency bonus won't increase with the reduced power level... whatever the efficiency bonus was is being shunted off to the other three systems.

So to make sure I'm understanding you correctly (and apologies if I'm not): Even though Leech is constantly refreshing itself with outgoing fire, it won't "double stack" by applying itself again after the power shunt.

My question was aimed more at how the power synergy bonus was interacting, but it's always good to know that one's initial intuition about things is mostly correct.
