Alright I may be missing something here but I need to ask

My fleet has just unlocked and provisioned Dev 1 and wanted to go purchase a Warp Core. I cannot for the life of me find where I can purchase the gear

Could someone lemme know?

So i zone into the fleet holding area, and then i can't get -into- the mine...

Gotta do the tier 1 dil mine upgrade. Only then can you go down and buy it.
