Earrings for Romulans

So I know theres those earrings you can get for Lobi, but Fed officers have a pair of earrings they can use... and I just saw a Romulan girl on Risa with a both a hairstyle I didn't see in the tailor, and the earrings... so how do I get these?

I looked in the tailor and all I saw was the earrings from the lobi box I bought.

    I don't even get an option to choose earrings, despite having some which I can wear on my Vulcan or my Orion. I also don't get an option to put my males in centurion helmets, despite having the "22nd" (sic) century Romulan uniform.

    Apparently there is a new hairstyle in the tailor, called Elegant or something... maybe we can glitch the tailor into giving the earrings with "random" like we used to be able to glitch the tailor into combining the formal dress top with the uniform pieces.
