Guys; im really happy with the games so far; but you forgot to solved an issue in the last patch.
Im a science dude; and i want to use the Operation doff
"Deflector officer" to reduce the tachyon beam's and energy siphon.
Could you please check to resolved this issue; cause the doff is not reducing the reuse time; simple request from a satisfyed client;
