Logical, telepathic and efficient doesn't exist

I'm trying to wrap up an assignment chain but I need a purple doff with logical, telepathic and efficient traits. They don't exist.

I looked on the wiki, there are two that supposedly exist; one blue, one purple.

I looked on the exchange for them both. Nothing.

Can anyone help, please?

    They may be something that never stays on the exchange, just posted and bought.

    You don't *need* a doff with all of those traits to complete anything.

    Yeah, you can use Doffs that have NONE of those traits. However, most assignments won't crit unless you have officers with those properties.

    Plenty of assignments only have one very unique perfect doff that is horribly hard to get (Industrialist Krinda being the worst of all). Just use 2 crit traits.
