MAIL not WORKING

is anyone else mail not working? i cant send or recieve in-game email at all but i do get updates as to if something is bought on the exchange. i dont understand this "selective" working email.

    My emails are messed up on each of my characters.

    I have a lot of saved, old emails, with items in them - they are gone!

    I had a few returned items from the exchange - on one character I could
    see a couple and retrieved the items but on a few of my other characters,
    I could not see those emails at all.

    I tried sending mail earlier and it did not work.

    They should never of touched the mail system it was working perfectly before they started touching it now they have constant problems with it.

    you mean you believe it was working correctly, according to a post by branflakes, so many people were using the mail server for bulk storage it was either place a limit on it, or it oculd potentially do irreperable harm to the mail server, which if you remember, is also cshared with CO and Neverwinter.

    They should not be cheapskates and have so many things from multiple games be shared on the same servers.

    Yes people used it for storage but so what? More storage is needed. Either let people use it for storage or add a lot more storage abilities for things.

    So many many people hate the changes and especially when the changes causes so many many many many many BUGS.

    If it was not working correctly before why the hell did it take so long to do something about it? No it worked fine they just decided to make a change recently.

    What amazes me is that it took Them this long to finally realize that having all their games on ONE Server is a problem.

    Which is what Their attempt to secure STOs' mail, is an admission of.



    One would think They would have seen this coming long before NW joined the fray, and would have done something about it then.

    In typical Cryptic fashion, They just slapped a band-aid on the problem now and are hoping like hell the players forget-abou-it over time.

    i cant forget about it.... my mail flat out doesnt work period. cant send...cant receive and it worked fine until last weeks patch

    fix it cryptic i need my mail

    Only in extreme circumstances does anything get fixed, after They go home on Friday until Monday afternoon, Their time (PDT).

    The Mail TRIBBLE-up is not an extreme circumstance to Them, apparently.
