Fleet invite by mail <proposition>

Sometimes there are player who play at strange hours (for example 3-4 am), when fleet recruiters are offline. But such people want to join certain fleet, unfortunately they can't because they play at strange hours.

Solution for that could be option to send fleet invite to offline player similarly to "friend invites" which player could accept or not after logging in. Such message could get to player as mail, or as mail with information where she/he can find actual invite (for example in "Find Fleet" tab of Social window).

To avoid abusing this method by spaming random people by mail, there could be limit how much people you can invite that way per day.

I'm pretty sure players are shown fleet invites immediately upon logging in anyway. I always have been.

invite by mail is not needed.

As long as the person is not in a fleet and they have fleet invites turned on if someone invites them to join a fleet when they next log in a "you have been invited by X to join X fleet" will pop up they then accept or decline the invitation. thats how I invite my alts into fleet.

And, using this method, if a person wants to join a specific fleet, and knows the @name of one of the senior officers or fleet recruiter for that fleet, then they could just send a message to that person, and accept the invite the next time they come online.
