Question about Azure Nebula and Tholians

I was wondering if the Tholians in the Azure Nebula PvE runs use some BO ability to disable player's weapon systems?

    You know their torpedoes that look like 3 balls clustered together? It's those.


    "Thermonic Disruption Torpedoes" Or something like that, I think you can get them from one of the lockbox/lobi ships
    warp plasma can't melt neutronium beams

    [Console - Universal - Tholian Thermionic Torpedo] is the one you are looking for. It has a percentage chance to disable your weapons and/or engine power.

    They use both the torpedoes and Beam : Target weapon systems which they have a god-mode version of.

    But otherwise their attacks do little damage.
    Let us wear Swimsuits on Foundry maps or bridges please! I would pay zen for that.
