Cool down timers change?!?

corjetcorjet Member Posts: 188 Arc User
Hello,

Well, is it me or a bug? Before the update I had my cool down timers all running fine, I'd use one set and then go to the next set. No problems. But after the update they're way off. I had two sets of TT1, TS2, CSV2... So I changed it to TS1, TT2, CSV2 and it's still the same, messed up. I added 3 DOff's for "Recharge time for Bridge Officer Abilities reduced' and NO help what-so-ever...

Anyone know what's going on?

Are you talking about Technican doffs? If you are you know that you need to use the boff power: Aux to Battery - to reduce the cooldowns on the other boff powers.

Yes I am... I have an Andorian Charal; and this character is a Fed Engineer. But before this last patch I had:
    TT1, CSV, TS2 (Set 1)
    TT1, CSV, TS2 (Set 2)
And it worked perfectly. Originated from this post. Although it could be because of my other powers, now that I've re-read that post. I switched that to:
    Universal Slot:
    EPtS1, APtEB
    Commander Tac:
    TT1, TS, CSV
    Lt Cmdr:
    TT, TS, CSV
    Lt Eng:
    EPtS, APtEB
    En Eng:
    ET

I was using Aux Batteries to grab a ton of power - then transfer it to the EBattery :) Then use the EPS Power Transfer to grab more power after the Aux Batteries ran out and transfer that to the EBattery. Or maybe there was a bug that got fixed? I really don't know.

They did some changes with the addition of Warp Cores.

Some of them have boosts to transfer power from one system to another.

Like anything "boosted" in this game, the normal systems get reduced quietly to make the boosts seem better.

They just added The Dilithium Mine Fleet Asset that sells Mk XII Warp Cores so.........

Well, the original post said to set it up a certain way, and after that worked excellently and apparently just after LoR went live I set it up the way I noted... I've since gone back to the original way. It works, but I do miss the spamming of cannons and torps.

On my T'varo I set it up to use aux batteries LOL Serious difference! Albeit, different layout :)
