Maco set ground problem

oronzoxoronzox Member Posts: 0 Arc User
Hello guys,

I have a small problem.

2 days ago I created the set maco mk xii, weapon, shield, armor. Then I unlocked the project for the advanced display that tells me to go to the tailor.

When I go to the tailor I do not see anything related to the maco costume. I tried the tailor of the base in the solar system.

What can I do now?

You need to be on the "Head" sections of the custume. At the top right corner is a dropdown that will be showing "Uniform". Change this to MACO.

If you want the Helmet, you will need to change the "Head Option".

I had the same problem. After you have finished the project and it's count-down has finished, go into the costume tailor. Look for an option in the top right hand corner for "uniforms". It will have a drop-down menu next to it. You want to select "MACO" from that. Now you can use the maco costume, but you are limited to ONLY the maco costume options. In other words: you can't mix maco and fleet uniform or maco and omega. :( Hope this helps

Remember to run the costume project unlock (in addition to the actual 3 pieces)
Buy 3 from the same set.

(The fudamentals, I am sure you did do that but just in good order)

There are various bugs with the tailor and outfits, what faction and race we talking?

You are supposed to have the visuals show up if only equip the armor (might have to right click and hit enable visuals).

If that doesn't give you the visuals you are getting the same bug as I have on my reman-kdf and caitian-fed :/

Which is blocked entirely with no tab showing up in the tailor.

Try using the same armor only piece on a boff who is another race... that way we can examine if it's your character or the item itself that's a problem.

We also waiting on the optional outfit accolades and visuals having been blocked since season 7 launch in december and not working at all.

Also remember that your first, default costume setup must be a uniform. You can't use that slot for a MACO outfit. Instead, you'll have to go to the tailor, make a new costume in a second slot, purchase this change from the vendor, then modify the second costume and turn it into a MACO outfit.

Yes, we're working on streamlining this a bit, or at least explaining it a bit better.

You have to change the drop down in the head section to MACO.

    let's bullet the thread here.

1: you can't wear maco on your primary costume slot, you have to create a second one.

2: the drop down menu is located in the "head" section while editing a costume slot - the SS you posted to show you don't have it is just the section where you choose which of your outfits you want to edit

you actually have to create your second costue slot, then edit that costume slot, go to head, then the menu should be there.

Perfect, that is what I was going to do. Step by step this is what I did to get it to work.
