The support in this game stinks- have an open ticket now for 3 weeks about my main character gone missing and NO RESPONSE from them!

This game has shocking customer support and is NOT worth spending a single $ on!

Warning to new players- STAY AWAY!
You will only get ripped off and wont get any help with support!

They take your money then ignore you!

pwe is the WORST company in gaming history for doing things like this- look at every other game they run!

    Yeah it may be f2p but it encourags ppl to use the zen shop - for bag space /top tier ships etc etc- everything is aimed at making you part with a lot more money then you would pay a sub!

    Then they offer you no support even though you spend more in the zen shop then a gold subscription!

    Where is the logic in that- character missing and I used to be active subscriber and spent loads in the zen shop!

    I brought this game when it first came out( yeah the join date /forum posts is low- for some reason all that info with over 300 posts is gone as well)

    Its like the server lost all my info with the new expansion!

    Ah well no point even moaning here about it- noone can help and doesn't seem pwe care either!
