Reman Sci Help wanted

OK so after playing a tac captain on my other characters I wanted a change.


Anyway long story short I am building a Reman sci captain, as you can probably guess I'm clueless so any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been searching for skill builds and ship builds but I'm having real trouble finding anything out there.
