Tholian space set needs more... Tholian?

I was looking at the Tholian space set a bit earlier today and I noticed that Tholian ships (Recluse Carrier, Orb Weaver or the Widow Fighter) don't get any extra gain from this set. I mean, you've got the Jem'Hadar set giving a nice little bonus to Jem'Hadar and Galor ships, why not get a small bonus for the Tholian ships from the Tholian set as well?
