Buying Foundry Slots

Ok I have a few questions. I am interested in buying some Foundry Creation Slots.

My questions are as follows :

1) Where do I look to buy these slots?

2) Do I need to have an open character slot on my Character Choosing Screen?

And finally,

3) How much does it cost in Dilithium to buy a Foundry Slot?

1) Once the Foundry editor is brought back online, click "Create Content" at the top of the character screen. You should then see the option around the bottom of the screen.

2) Yes.

3) 10,000 Refined Dilithium for a starter pack of 4 project slots; after that it's 7,000 for 2.

Any idea when the Foundry Mission Choosing Screen will be brought back online?
