With all these foul up's with patches,will we get any kind of compensation????

Wishful thinking or not,will we get any compensation for these frequent foul ups whenever a patch is being downloaded???
Perhaps its time cryptic/pwe started spending money on decent reliable servers,then no more problems perhaps.
