I have not received my Zen stipend since April. It was easy to dismiss at first, thinking I may have just miscalculated when I was supposed to receive it, or thinking that the last time I spent Zen was more recent than I remembered. But then, because of an odd billing situation on my end, my subscription lapsed and I needed to start my billing again. I did this on June 5. I still haven't received Zen for this month.
I've found out from one of my fleetmates that he has not received any Zen since April, either. He has been more proactive than I and contacted Perfect World about it. They say their records are showing that he's receiving it (actually, receiving it in excess quantities), and he's told them this simply is not the case, but they don't believe him.
When it was just me, I thought it was a problem I was having. Now that I know someone else who is having the same problem, I'm wondering who all else is having this issue. The Zen stipend is one of the big incentives for a lot of us to have Gold memberships, and if it's bugged, it needs to be addressed.
