Fleet T'varo - PVP Torp Boat Pointers?

Hey there, fellow Rommies!

Finally hit fifty with my new Romulan toon and wanted to ask people with perhaps a bit more experience: Coming into a PVP-focused torp-slinging T'varo setup from my B'rel-loving Klingon faction character, what do I need to keep in mind? What differences should I make doubly sure I am aware of?

And in that vein, what torp setups work well for you with the T'varo? So far I've more or less just copy/pasted over my B'rel's build.

    That was actually what excited me most looking at the stats- It looks a lot like the B'rel but with enough survivability to not as easily be popped.
