Don't You Even Care Anymore?!!

Cryptic, don't you even care about this game anymore?!! Seriously. This lag and rubberbanding, diconnecting and just general server issues are getting out of control. Everything was going fine up until 5 minutes ago and then BAM!!!! 1500 ping!! How can you guys look at yourselves every day knowing that you're TRIBBLE over paying customers? It's unreal the level of unprofessionalism that you display in terms of customer satisfaction, and i should know as I work in RETAIL!!!

I don't understand how a company that was once regarded as one of the best game development companies outside of Blizzard could stoop to such levels. I just don't understand it anymore. Get your act together before you lose everything with Star Trek. You've already angered a good portion of your customer base, but I guess that doesn't matter when you have people buying Zen from you. All about the All-Mighty Dollar isn't it?
