Looking for artist of USS Illustrious Master System Display

I'm looking for the artist of the Master Systems Display piece of the U.S.S. Illustrious N.C.C.-91801-E on STOgeek.com.

I'm currently doing a commission for Captain-Draco on Deviantart of his STO ship and crew, and I like to ask permission to use the Master Systems Display piece as part of the bridge background, with the the ship's name and number edited to be "U.S.S. Infinity N.X.-92129-A."

I will give full credit for the display piece.

Would the artist of the System's display piece please come forward so I can ask permission?

I think I found him - Deif, I believe is his name, and he's on the LCARS Community forums. I registered there to contact him, and right now I'm waiting for a reply.
