Tribble Transfer items across acount

My friend can use the account bank transfer items between toons i for some reason cannot i do have the account it says account bank is inaccessible at this time when i try to use.

    I could be wrong, but I think the Account bank is limited to Gold members unless you buy slots for it.

    yup..as a silver player, you do not have access to the account bank until you buy 10 slots for 1000 zen.
