Completed Targak's challenge w/Romulan toon.
Unable to turn in and start another.
Touring energy credits allocated but cannot repeat challenge or end it for XPs

    Hmmm....seems like a Romulan related thing. You might want to report a bug or make a thread in the bug section of the forums.

    I just completed Targak's challenge on my Ferasan 4 times without having any issues, so the event itself is probably ok.
