What will the next Season be? Season 8 or Season 9?

Just wondering.:confused:

Was LoR considered Season 8?

    LOR was not considered season 8. Back when it was still being called "the May update" they said it was too big to be called a season, but the next major update would not be as large and would go back to seasons.

    Dan said in the podcast posted today by BranFlakes that the next season would be season 9, as LOR was internally known as season 8 before it got too big to be called such further internally.

    According to summaries of the most recent DStahl interview I've read, the next season is indeed season 9 (so LOR was still season 8 effectively).

    Although LOR just launched not to long ago, I already cant wait for the next big update.
    LOR was supposed to be season 8, then it got to big and ended up being an expansion.
    Whatever LOR was, all I no is the next big update will be season 9, and i read some where, and hopefully its true, that season 9 there is supposed to be a level cap increase. Bring it on, cuz iv been ready for lvl 60 for a very long time.

    havent even gotten through LoR yet with all its issues and upgrades for romulans and such, and youre already going on about season 9 :P

    im certain i recalled that stahl mentioned a poll as to what playable race would be next, dunno if he was kidding or when it will come, but my money is on the cardies.
