The Defera Invasion Zone - loading and gameplay issues

Hello, STO 'devs'! 
Before you start complaining about *me* complaining about STO, please, first understand that *I acknowledge* my own laptop's internal cooler problems / issues. As a matter of fact, I have an *external* one now, with three fans, and... it *kinda* does the job. So, I just have to *replace* the internal one with *a brand new one*; I'll be doing that within the following month.
Now, as for my problem is concerned... The Defera Invasion Zone / theater loads TERRIBLY hard!!! Harder than ESD and DS9 combined! To be precise, it's *stuck* at 97.5% and only after some... 15 minutes(!) I can actually move my Fed character! As for the gameplay itself, of this Defera Invasion Zone,... it's hell.
My question is: does it have to be THAT hard to load a single - granted, massive... - PvE?! Please, do SOMETHING to it! I mean, with all this LoR re-texturing, you didn't get it solved at the ESSENTIAL points and it's a shame.
