KDF Romulans are trapped.

Why is there no direct way to get my KDF Rom between Qo'nos (not to mention DS9 and Battle Group Omega) and New Romlus? It's a pain since I'm too low a level to have diplomatic immunity, and I have to wait for my transwarp to recharge.

It would be nice if there was a sector where the Afehar nebular is allowing us to skirt around fed space, the mepha sector fell into romulan control, or at the very least a transwarp gateway allowing us to jump over Pi Canis altogether.

    Pi Canis is Klingon territory, you dont need anybody's permission to travel through it

    I'm not entirely sure what you're talking about...:confused:
    Are you unhappy that you have to pass a few sector blocks, or can't you pass them at all?
    Because the former makes no sense since Regulus is as much in the way on your flight to earth and the space dock there.
    If the latter is the case then you haven't unlocked that function with the right mission yet.
    Should be "Price of Neutrality", at which point you can travel freely through space.

    Tau Dewa > Pi Canis > Eta Erdani > Orellius> Beta Ursa

    That is how you get from the Flotilla to DS9. For Battle Group Omega, you use the transwarp gate from your chosen ally.

    Yeah, KDF has a TW gate in OL somewhere.

    If you're concerned about waiting for Transwarp cooldown to get back from Qo'noS, you need not be; the first time I used Transwarp to get to Qo'noS, I was able to travel back to Tau Dewa through Pi Canis without any trouble; this was before I was given official permission to travel between sector blocks. I would think that this should be left alone (that is, if being able to travel back from Omega Leonis through Pi Canis to Tau Dewa were somehow "unintentional," it should nevertheless remain possible; not every unintentional effect need be done away with, since some are helpful and harmless), because otherwise, as you say, a KDF-allied Romulan would be "trapped" for a while waiting for the cooldown before he or she could return to Romulan space, and have little to do in the meantime.

    TW cooldown is a matter of minutes anyways...

    The only sector that requires Klingons (or KDF-allied Romulans) to have diplomatic immunity/raiding party to enter is Sirius. You can even enter Regulus without any problems, since it closely borders Klingon (and Romulan Republic) territory.

    Only that it doesn't work for KDF alligned Romulans. I have reached Marauding rank IV today and can't access Sirius Sector (dialogue is still 'You have to reach Marauding rank IV to enter Sirius') and I'm mission the Raiding party ability. Also all additional transwarp locations were never unlocked for my character.

    Seems like the DOff system rewards are not working at all for Romulans.

    Fed-Roms can't go through Regulus in the beginning either. The sector blocks are unlocked by either leveling or plot mission progression, I don't know which.

    As far as I know and this has been since DI/RP were introduced so many moons ago, you can NOT bestow DI/RP on yourself. You can give it to others and they can give it to you provided they've reached the appropriate DOFF ranking.

    If you have reached Rank 4 in Marauding and do not have the RP ability listed in your Powers listing, then that is something that needs to be rectified through the ticket system.
