Stuck at Claim New Ship

I know this is a dumb question, but I am stuck at Claim new ship in the Neutral No More Mission. I have claimed ship ships before a few months back. I have even ready the new ship and been to sector space to no avail. Have they change something? Would like to know what I am missing. I am really stuck and can not go on to other missions. Any help would be great. Thank you, mb.
