"Transwarp to fleet star base - Enabled"

Has to be the most pointless and irritating "assignment buff" with no purpose or information to it. It basically means you're in a fleet, that's it. Why would we need an icon in our buffs to tell us that?

Anyone else think this should be removed if it's a quick job?

    It means your in a fleet AND they have unlocked the transwarp gate.

    Was a badge of honor back in the day.....

    How about adding transwarp to major hubs including Eta Eradani and DS9. Just do it.

    Totally agree! It's not an 'assignment buff,' by any stretch of the imagination. Should we add an icon for things like 'Starbase Tailor unlocked!' now too?! What I want to see there is things like people having gotten an extra buff to Attack Patterns, or something. Or a temporary buff to Warp Core efficiency. You kow, actual, PERSONAL ASSIGNMENT buffs!

    The "Transwarp to fleet star base - Enabled" was basically just another passive-aggressive 'shaming' ploy to have those who don't have it above their name spend more resources (Zen, ultimately) on fleet projects. It's annoying as hell. And also, these days, quite moot, as it's useless starting a new fleet now, and all existing fleets long since have it (and would consider "Transwarp to fleet star base" a rather low-end achievement anyway).

    But, most importantly, "Transwarp to fleet star base - Enabled" is simply not a personal assignment buff at all. It bears no relevance, whatsoever, to what's happening in mission, and should, IMNSHO, simply be removed as soon as possible!

    They did, it's called diplomacy commendation unlocks.

    Tier 2 and tier 4 respectively.

    It is also a buff, because it adds to your list of available transwarp destinations. Just beacuse it's not as useful as people might like. Besides it's one little icon, like the veteran icon, it's not hurting anyone.

    Work on Boff diplomatic path to unlock those areas.
