Borg Help cant complete

I have Defeted the borg 2 now and both times it says " hail new Romulus " but when i go to do it the 'Hail' Button isnt high lighted. Can anyone help or have ideas what im doing wrong?

    Red Alerts have a bug that prevents them from being turned in. The devs are aware of it, and a fix is pending. Hang onto the mission, you should be able to turn it in within a week or so.

    You might also want to review the 'Tribble Release notes' for clues on upcoming fixes.

    Go to the current missions tab, and click hail from there.

    They're currently bugged, when they get fixed, you'll be able to turn you in your completed mission then [shouldn't need to repeat it then unless you want to].
