Please Help: Suggestions for Haakona Advanced Warbird (Engr)

Just got my Rom(Fed) aligned engineer to lvl 50 and was looking forward to the Haakona Advanced from my Legacy Pack. I was hoping I could kindly ask for some advice on a nice PVE build (not a PVP person) that will kick some rear in STFs and be...fun to play.
I have been with the game since launch but took on/offs breaks (benefits of Lifetime sub) but this usually meant I was beyond the learning curve for new patches and content. I am looking for tips and build advice so I don't feel foolish going into an STF and can migrate to ESTFs quickly or right away if I grab the right build. I have a bit of experience running them (at least 100 runs with maybe half that ESTFs), I just want to make sure this ship is set right. I was looking at the old Dragon Flagship Build...viable here or would something else work better?
