Other then the Moderator, who only seems to move threads or delete them entirely, does anyone from Cryptic or PWE actually read these posts?
It seems to me that Cryptic/PWE does not give a damn about what we say, report or consider what we want when we post things here and they just go ahead and do or not do whatever THEY want. (Have they never heard the terms "The Customer is always right", or "Give the customer what they want"?)
In a lot of the posts, in fact in ALL the posts I have read I have only seen responses from other players and NOT any Cryptic/PWE Official representative...so I ask again "IS ANYONE OUT THERE LISTENING?
I have my beefs with Cryptic, sure, and I'm hardly in the camp of defending them outright, but you have to know that they are scrambling to fix this mess that is LoR release. They are busy.
And honestly, you just make a post asking if anyone is listening, yet you have really nothing else to say or ask?
The concept of the customer is always right does not apply to MMOs. We are all customers. We all want something different. However, it's an MMO. Giving everyone what they want, will not be what everyone else wants. They have to work out a balance.
It doesn't help that their balance always favors escorts and tacticals, or is usually in completely the wrong direction altogether.
In short, no they really don't give a damn about what we say. Not right now at least. They are swamped.
If you look at the Dev Tracker, and also follow the Dev Tracker on Twitter, you will notice that, not only do the devs read and pay attention to the forums, but that they do CARE what we, the customers, actually think.

You clearly haven't been looking through the forums very often. There are plenty of occasions where the community leader BranFlakes will respond. It's his job to go through the forums and read what everyone is saying. He's said on one occasion that just because he doesn't respond doesn't mean the information out here isn't being read. He'll post if he, or other devs, feel that additional information on their part is required or would be helpful. But it's pretty likely that he's read every thread where you feel he should have responded, even if he doesn't share your opinion.
Outside of him, TacoFangs will also occasionally pop in for his humorous take on things, although he's only involved in the game art, so he won't usually show up in threads regarding game mechanics or the like.
As to "The Customer is Always Right," no, they aren't. The customer doesn't always know everything involved in making things work, nor do they know everything the game developers are capable of making happen. Cryptic's hands are often tied by their license agreement with CBS about what kind of content can be added, and the game engine can sometimes make things impossible, or at least far too difficult to just do in a short time frame.
The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

Actually I am talking about things since back before F2P that Cryptic has not addressed so the excuse of being busy with the release of LoR doesn't work.
As for saying and asking things what's the point of asking the question for the millionth time if nothing is going to be done about it? (such as issues with the tailor, ship interior designs, Mission glitches that have never been fixed since Atari ran the game, Allowing Kits to be seen on Klingon Characters? and the list goes on again well before the release of LoR)

Maybe the posts haven't been answered by a moderator or dev because they've already been correctly answered by a forum poster, so why would devs/mods need to answer as well
Also, many of the things customers have asked dev's to put ingame are in there right now
Finally, I work in retail and can tell you from experience that the customer is not always right.

When you have a lot of people all clamoring for different things, you have to strike a balance somewhere. It's the holiday season and you only have so much shelf space: what do you stock? Sure you go with what's in demand but you also have to look at what you have room/time for.
