Turning Point Episode Replay issue

I decided to test turning point to see what it would do when replayed. The first thing that I thought might have an issue worked fine. I could not change factions no issue there.
However, the ambiguous rewards turn out that they're bugged. I was given the costume box (which I received originally). The server complained that I can't have more than one of a unique item, gave me the box. Now I can't delete the costume box.
The other rewards were a blue orion boff with mk iv gear. I also received the ship equipment/weapons which were all mk iv. So useless for a replay as they do not adjust for the level of the player as well as locking up one inventory space with an item that can't be deleted.
