Will this skill raise your standard dps in that it help refill your weapons power faster after you have fired off a round of Cannons and turrets?

it is for powers like EPTW and EPTS tho..

It used to refill weapons power faster back when weapon drain worked differently, but that was a loooong time ago. Now when a weapon fires, it refunds the energy it used at the end of the firing cycle.

EPS does help when you use weapon abilities like beam overload, it will help you recover weapon energy faster after using it.

thats incorrect. That system was changed with the launch of LOR. It no longer brings your power levels back faster when using beam overload, rapid fire, scatter volley or fire at will.
