Playable Liberated Borg

Okay, so my understanding is that Gold and LTS subs get to play a Liberated Borg, if they so choose(or at least get the pieces/looks). I have gold, but no option to do so. I've heard that there is a bug not allowing players to create new ones, but haven't had that confirmed any further. What gives?

    It is only for LTS.

    I must have misread that one. Thank you. I could have sworn it listed both LTS, and Gold.

    Only the LTS get the Liberated Borg.
