Embassy Officer of the Watch

So I was at my fleet's embassy today to try and get some extra fleet marks and I noticed.

The officer of the watch was not at her post.

Has she disappeared and run off with the Romulan Radiophysicist directly across from the embassy?

    It's a bug. Also the romulan dignitaries and the bartender ist missing. Brandon allready confirmed on Twitter, that this is a known bug and they are working on it.
