Tactical Ground Trait: Situational Awareness

Hiya,

I have read on here that multiple people are saying that this trait is broken and isn't doing what it says, can anyone verify if it works or its broken??

    Worked for me. Threw a Photon Grenade into a crowd of Borg in an STF. M.A.C.O. guys proceeded to mop up the ashes with [M.A.C.O. Phaser Battle Rifle Mk XII]
