Reman unable to use KDF Reman uniform.

I got a Reman Tactical Officer cheap on the exchange , I wanted to make it have the KDF Reman outfit (I'm allied with KDF) but I can only use nutral and on the main page where you can do the drop down for complete costumes it offers Reman Fed outfit.
SO! I quickly came to the conclusion the seller of the Reman BOFF was allied with the FEDs and once a RRF BOFF is transferred via the exchange the allied function doesn't re-set.
Anyone else had this occur? (thinking I maybe should of posted in bugs)
